Civil Rights Movements were a big deal during the time of the Cold War in the United States around the 1960's. All of the public places were all segregated, the bathrooms, restaurants, everything. The Blacks were treated very unfairly. Finally they had enough of this terrible treatment and they got up the nerve to do something about it.
